Dear Participant, My name is Emese Sándor-Dobos and I am conducting a research in organizational psychology and I am asking for your help with my study. The research is about organizational culture, personality, cooperation and job satisfaction in the context of agile practices. This questionnaire will take about 20-25 minutes to complete - there are no right or wrong answers, I'm seeking to learn how you think about your team, yourself and your job.
